We feel very exited about introducing a new colleague to Euvic Nordic and to our team in Euvic Finland. We are thrilled to have you and can´t wait to get started with 2024 and all activities we have planed. Let´s get started 

Tell us about yourself, who are you and what are your previous experiences 

I am a seasoned professional with a background in leadership roles within the asset management company. Over the course of my career, I have held prominent positions as a Development Director and Chief Operating Officer, where I played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization I worked for. Whole career of mine I honed my skills in identifying growth opportunities, formulating innovative strategies, and implementing initiatives to drive organizational success. I have a proven track record of developing and executing plans that have contributed significantly to the expansion and development of the companies I’ve been associated with. My strengths lie in my creative approach to problem-solving and my ability to foster collaboration within teams. I firmly believe that creativity is a driving force for innovation, and by fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, teams can achieve their full potential. I have successfully led teams to accomplish challenging goals by leveraging the unique talents of individuals and creating a culture that values teamwork and collective success. Overall, my professional journey has equipped me with a robust skill set in strategic development, operations management, and team leadership. I am enthusiastic about contributing my expertise to dynamic environments, fostering innovation, and steering organizations towards continued growth and success.

How do you see your role as Business Development Manager within Euvic, how do you want to contribute 

In the role of Business Development Manager at Euvic, I envision myself as a key driver of the company’s growth and success. My primary goal is to contribute to Euvic’s expansion by strategically identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while ensuring a focus on customer success and scalability. 

One of my core objectives will be to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. By doing so, I aim to position Euvic as a trusted partner capable of delivering tailored solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. I believe that customer success is the cornerstone of sustainable growth, and my approach will be centered on building long-term partnerships that bring mutual value. 

In summary, my role as a Business Development Manager at Euvic will involve a multifaceted approach. I aim to drive customer success by understanding and addressing client needs, while concurrently contributing to the scalability of the organization through strategic market exploration and collaboration. By combining these elements, I am committed to making a meaningful impact on Euvic’s growth trajectory and ensuring its continued success in the dynamic business landscape.

To me, ”The Good Peopleembodies a set of values that transcend mere interactions; it represents a way of living and engaging with others. At its core, ”The Good Peoplesignify a commitment to honesty, trust, and benevolence and still have a humor in your every day life Like my daughter said to mewith a grin on her face – when she heard this slogan of Euvic: Why they wanted  you if they want the good people?  

What do you see as the biggest frustration when it comes to digitalization that many companies struggle with today?   

Many companies with the biggest frustration of digitalization, often stemming from a lack of vision to foresee technological opportunities and a lack of courage to embrace transformative changes in their operations. This hesitancy can hinder their ability to adapt and thrive in an increasingly digital landscape. 

Finally, we are curious to know which company would be your dream customer?  

My dream customer would be a company that values not only its bottom line but also strives to be a net positive force in society. Ideally, they would be committed to sustainable practices, demonstrating a bold approach to decision-making that integrates economic success as social and environmental responsibility.
